Volunteer Trail Workday

Join a volunteer crew for trail maintenance on the Rachel Carson Trail. 

We will be rerouting the trail to eliminate the Freeport Road section. Activities include clearing debris, brush cutting, benching in of the treadway and construction of steps.

Please arrive ready to work with sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing. Bring ample water and snacks for your own needs. Tools will be provided but feel free to bring your own, check the project description for appropriate tools. We have a bucket of shared work gloves, but you are encouraged to bring your own.  All projects qualify participants for Karma Points.
