Saturday, August 27, is the 18th annual Baker Trail UltraChallenge, a 50-mile race that can be tackled solo or as part of a relay team. Whether you're registered for the race or just thinking about it, join us on Sunday, July 10, for an all-paces training run.  We’ll cover the first 17.5 miles of this year’s course, complete with an aid station (same location as race day) to help you fine-tune your hydration and nutrition strategies plus familiarize you with the course.  This event is free and open to the public.

The training run is 17.5-mile point-to-point run. Logistics are as follows:

  • Date: Sunday, July 10th
  • Meet-up location: Garrets Run Road, click here for directions.
  • Meet-up time: 7:40 a.m.
  • We will leave a couple of cars at the above-listed location and carpool to the starting point, Coal Bank Rd, click here for directions. The run will start at 8:00 a.m.

If you plan to attend, please sign up here: link to sign-up form

The aid station chart on the Participant Page shows our starting point as "Godfrey" and our finish point as "Garrets Run Rd." Also on this page you'll find details regarding the course (dirt road vs. trail) and elevation information (some steep climbs!) Get to know this page! Lots of good information here!
